Vacuum Pressure Sintering Furnace

Sintering Furnace
Rapid heating, two sintering processes, make ceramic substrates higher strength

Overview

The main feature of vacuum sintering furnace is that it can sintering material powder into dense bulk material at high temperature, so as to improve the density, hardness, strength and wear resistance of the material. At the same time, the vacuum sintering furnace can also control the chemical composition and microstructure of the material, so as to achieve customized production of the material.
The equipment is mainly used for aluminium nitride and silicon nitride sintering。
Vacuum sintering furnace is a kind of equipment for sintering materials under high temperature, high pressure, no oxygen or low oxygen environment.
It’s usually used to prepare high-end materials such as high-performance ceramics, metals, alloys, and ceramic-metal composites.
1.Designed for sintering ceramic sheets into ceramic substrates
2.Effective working area (WHL): 480*450*1500 mm, with a compact footprint.
3.Suitable for sintering aluminum nitride and silicon nitride sheets.
4.Maximum working temperature up to 2000°C, with typical operating temperatures around 1900°C and fluctuations not exceeding ±10°C.
5.Rapid heating capability: Under empty furnace conditions, temperature can rise from room temperature to 1900°C in just 150 minutes (controlled under N₂ atmosphere with a temperature controller at 100% power output).
6.Achieves an ultimate vacuum of 1 Pa.
7.Vacuum Equipment: 600L Roots Pump + 300L Roots Pump + Rotary Vane Pump

Cutting-edge Features

1.Supports advanced sintering processes, including vacuum sintering and partial pressure sintering.
2.Features a cooling process with micro-pressure and large fan internal circulation, allowing rapid cooling from 800°C to 150°C within 90 minutes.
