  • In-sales Service
    Real-time tracking of equipment manufacturing progress:
    A. We begin manufacturing the equipment after receiving the advance payment.
    B. Once manufacturing is complete, we conduct trial tape casting and debugging.
    C. Before shipment, the equipment will be cleaned and packaged.
  • After-sales Service
    A. Technical Support
    a. Equipment operation training
    b. Online technical and operational support
    c. Dispatch of personnel for installation and debugging (travel and accommodation costs not included)

    B. Quality Assurance
    a. One-year warranty; we provide free repair services for issues related to the equipment.

    C. Replacement of Spare Parts
    a. After the warranty period, we offer paid replacement of equipment spare parts.
