Working principle of casting machine
The working principle of the casting machine is to spread the slurry on the base band to form a uniform film under the combined action of gravity and shear force.
The casting machine is mainly composed of a trough, a scraper, a baseband, a drying chamber and a winding device.
The slurry flows out of the tank and is evenly spread on the baseband under the control of the scraper to form a billet film with a certain thickness. The billet film is then sent to the drying chamber together with the base band to remove the solvent or water in the slurry, thus obtaining the casting film.

Casting machine process mainly includes slurry preparation, casting forming, drying and separation steps.
Slurry preparation is the process of grinding, mixing, dispersing and defoaming of raw materials to prepare the casting slurry with appropriate fluidity and stability.

Casting molding is to inject the slurry into the casting machine trough, under the control of the scraper, the slurry is evenly spread on the base band to form a blank film with a certain thickness.
Drying is to send the billet film together with the base band into the drying chamber, and dry it by hot air or infrared ray to remove the solvent or water in the slurry.
Separation is to peel the dried billet film from the base band to get the formed casting film.
