Overview

Warm isostatic press is used to seal multiple layers of film in vacuum packaging bags, which are then placed inside a chamber. A servo hydraulic mechanism is used to move the chamber and the material into a hot water sealing cylinder environment. The high-pressure boosting pump increases the water pressure inside the chamber to a high level, and temperature and pressure are evenly applied to the components inside the pressure cylinder. This equipment is used for pressing multiple layers of ceramic capacitors and other films to enhance the physical and electrical properties of the products.
1.The working principle of the warm isostatic press involves using components such as a high-pressure vessel, heating system, cooling system, pressure control system, and safety protection system. The pressure control system applies pressure while the heating system increases the temperature, causing the pressure inside the vessel to gradually rise until it reaches a state of high temperature and high pressure. In this state, the material undergoes a series of physical and chemical changes, thereby improving its properties.

4.Maximum pressure range of 70-200 MPa with minimal pressure fluctuation: ±0.2 MPa.
